What makes Henn House different?
We understand that every home is unique! Each requires a different approach based on the problem areas, so we're committed to making sure that every house gets the attention to detail that it deserves.
How are services priced?
All cleans are priced by square footage. Any extra services requested are quoted after the initial consultation process.
Pricing may vary depending on the job and work at hand. If a job takes longer than expected, Henn House Keeping reserves the right to charge an additional fee for overages not disclosed during the consultation process.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
What if i am not 100% satisfied?
We take great pride in our customer satisfaction! If you are not 100% satisfied, we are committed to coming back out to finish the job at your convenience.
Do i need to provide cleaning supplies?
It's entirely up to you! if you have preferred products, you're welcome to leave them out, but we always come fully equipped with the necessary products to get the job done.
Am i required to be home during my service?
It is entirely up to you! We have clients that prefer to be home and others that appreciate having their home cleaned while they're at work. All we ask is that entry instructions are provided during the initial consultation process.
